The frist step to know is how a user gets to his/her website's content managment system (CMS). If in the main website there's no link to the administration panel, in the browser's address bar just type the address of the administrative page (for example www.mylittlepage123.com/Login) and get there immediately. After a username and a password, required by te table, are inserted, in a website it's already possible to see a special administration tool appeared. It'll be visible at the same place of every page.

The administration tool gas got a fast change possibility as well - when a user gets to some page, where he/she feels a sudden necessity to change ti somehow, the mouse is dragged on administration tool's name (without clicking it) and a table, which helps to get to the page's editing immediately, shows up.
